Lunds universitet har på grund av externa attacker just nu problem med att skicka e-post till flera externa mejltjänster, däribland Yahoo, Comhem, Live och Hotmail. Detta har bland annat fått till följd att vissa av universitetets nyantagna studenter inte nåtts av de välkomstbrev med viktig information inför terminsstarten som i dagarna skickas ut av institutionerna.

I nuläget finns ingen information om när problemet kan vara löst. Under tiden hänvisas nyantagna studenter som inte fått sina välkomstbrev till www.lu.se/studera/livet-som-student/ny-som-student/praktisk-checklista  där det finns ytterligare information.

University emails blocked – newly admitted students may miss important course information
Lund University is currently unable to send emails to a number of external email services, e.g. Yahoo, Comhem, Live and Hotmail. As a consequence, some of the University’s newly admitted students might not have received welcome letters from their faculties/departments with information about the start of the semester.
 
At present, there is no information about when the problem will be solved. In the meantime, we recommend you regularly check the websites of the faculty/departments if you do not know when your courses start.
