Advances in Neurotechnology for Understanding Brain Functions and Disorders

Advances in Neurotechnology for Understanding Brain Functions and Disorders

Symposium, 350-årsjubileum

Understanding how the brain functions in normal conditions and in disease is one of the major scientific challenges. During the last decade an impressive development has occurred in innovative neurotechnology which is likely to revolutionize neuroscience and neurology in the near future.

This one day symposium is part of Lund University Science Week “The Amazing Brain” and will provide an overview of this exciting field. The symposium is held by Neuronano Research Center (NRC), Department of Experimental Medical Science, Medical Faculty, Lund University, featuring Distinguished Professor Miguel Nicolelis, Duke University, USA, as keynote speaker.
