Exchange agreements at the departments
Contact the international coordinator at the department where you are studying/do your major. Most agreements are within Europe. The deadline for applying varies between different departments, but for most agreements it is 15 March in the spring and 1 November in the autumn. Check with your department.
Faculty-wide exchange agreements
Students at the Faculty of Social Sciences can apply for these agreements. The agreements are only available for postgraduate students (master’s and PhD). Most agreements are in Asia. Deadline for application for 2012/2013: 15 March.

University-wide exchange agreements
All students at Lund University can apply for these agreements. The agreements are handled by the International Office. The deadline for applying to universities in North America, Latin America, Asia and the Nordic countries is 1 November. The deadline for applying for universities in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Nordic countries, Russia and summer courses is 15 March.
Free mover
You can apply to universities abroad on your own. Then you have to arrange everything yourself and if there are fees, you have to pay them yourself.
Global Issues Programme
The Global Issues Programme (GIP) is an interdisciplinary exchange programme that focuses on different aspects of globalisation.The GIP is the programme for you if you are interested in global issues and want to study online in an international environment. You can also combine the GIP with an exchange to one of the GIP universities.
