There are currently no tuition fees

The Swedish government currently subsidises all national and international students and thus universities do not charge students tuition fees. Sweden invests an above average amount of money into education giving a world class education at a very competitive price. The Swedish government has recently announced that fees for foreign students will be introduced in the autumn term of 2011 (term commencing August 2011). The fees will apply to students outside the EU/EEA.
