This environmental audit report was completed after an
environmental audit of the Baltijsk municipality in the District of Kaliningrad, Russia, during the 10th and 11th of April 2000. The report is a joint effort of 31 students from 23 countries, who are participants of the International Master’s Programme “Master of Science in Environmental Management and Policy ” at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University. The report is the outcome of an exercise of one of the programme’s advanced courses “Auditing for Cleaner Production ”.
