Summary, in English

In this study, topological structures of a separation bubble in a ribbed channel are identified and analyzed. Particle image velocimetry (PIV) and POD (proper orthogonal decomposition) filter are used to give the velocity vector field. The ribs obstruct the channel by 20% of its height and are arranged 9 rib heights apart. The Reynolds number is 22000 based on the bulk-mean velocity and channel height. Among a number of interesting features, a distinct Hopf bifurcation is identified. If the initial size of the limit cycle is small, a reversed Hopf bifurcation is also possible.
