Research and Development towards a more sustainable industry
The next LUBIRC Breakfast Seminar will be given by Kim Olofsson, Team Leader of the Biotechnology group in Product & Technology Development, which works globally within AAK. AAK innovates and customizes solutions based on vegetable oils and fats to create added value across the food, confectionery, and cosmetics industries. Kim has significant experience of collaboration with academia, and currently has two PhD students at Lund University in the field of biotechnology. From this and other AAK perspectives, Kim presents how the company works with R&D to advance industry towards a more sustainable future.
