Explore the LU Pre‑GMP Facility: Open House & Guided Visit
Lund University’s Pre‑GMP Facility invites ATMP developers in and around Lund to an open‑house event on Thursday, 23 April for an introduction to the infrastructure supporting early ATMP process development and preparation for GMP translation.
Last spring marked a major milestone for Lund University’s ATMP ecosystem with the inauguration of its Pre‑GMP Facility, the first link in Lund’s ATMP development chain. Designed to bridge the gap between early-stage research and GMP-compliant manufacture, the facility now supports researchers with the expertise, infrastructure, and GMP-adapted environments needed to move advanced therapies closer to clinical reality.
Join us for a special open-house event offering an inside look at this growing resource for ATMP developers in the Öresund Region.
Event Details:
- Date: Thursday, 23 April, 2026
- Time: 14:00–16:30
- Meeting point: BMC C09 (A staff member will be present throughout to guide participants to the Pre‑GMP facilities.)
During this in‑person introduction to Lund University’s Pre‑GMP Facility, you will have the opportunity to:
- Take part in a guided tour of the Pre‑GMP facility
- Learn about the instruments and services available for process development, analytical support, and GMP translation
- A look inside the simulated GMP environment and how it is operated
- Enjoy fika with fellow participants
- Take part in a fun quiz with prizes
