History Will Not Forgive: Ilan Pappé on Genocide and Zionism

As the research group ARAF (Antiracism and Academic Freedom), we are extremely pleased to announce that renown Israeli historian Ilan Pappé is coming to Lund!

Welcome to a very special lecture with renown Israeli historian Ilan Pappé, who he will be talking about the ongoing genocide in Gaza. Pappé has written several seminal books on the situation in Israel-Palestine, among them The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine, A History of Modern Palestine: One Land, Two Peoples, and A Very Short History of the Israel-Palestine Conflict. He is based at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. 

The lecture will be moderated by human rights lawyer Hanin Shakrah.

During his visit in Sweden, Ilan Pappé will also visit the universities of Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Linköping (campus Norrköping). 

The lecture is organized by the research group ARAF (Antiracism and Academic Freedom) at the Department of Sociology, Lund University.
