Workshop on Enhancing Cross-Platform Collaboration in Integrative Structural Biology

Integrative Structural Biology (ISB) is a rapidly advancing field that relies on the integration of diverse datasets, such as those from Cryo-electron microscopy, X-ray crystallography, NMR, Mass spectrometry and Modeling. By integrating different structural techniques we can solve the structure of challenging biological systems, which wouldn’t be possible using a single type of data. However, the current landscape is fragmented, with significant challenges in data interoperability, tool integration, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The primary objective of this workshop is to foster cross-platform collaboration by bringing together key stakeholders from experimental and computational platforms.
The workshop aims: To facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences, define the technical and scientific requirements for an Integrative Structural Biology Portal and engage with experts in multimodal data analysis.
This event is organized by SciLifeLab Lund and the Integrated Structural Biology Platform.
