Cornelia Altgård (grower, pedagogue) is a grower and pedagogue based in Malmö, Sweden, who has spent more than a decade in Scotland, a place that is equally a place to call home. Currently she works at an urban farm, where they use food and farming as tools to work for social change both for the individual, communities and society. Cornelia has worked with people of all ages in the context of farming and gardening but comes from a horticultural background. Her praxis is very hands on and is based on what the garden and the seasons have to offer. Currently, Cornelia is completing a Masters degree in agroecology where she wants to explore more of the social and perennial aspects of farming and what happens when we work/ create collectively a mindset beyond our own lifespan and species. 

Tanja Diers (dramaturge, PhD candidate) is a dramaturge graduating from Copenhagen University in 2011 with an MA from Theatre and Performance Studies. She has been the dramaturge of around 50 performing arts productions ranging from opera to street performance and from main stage classics to experimental performance. Since 2020 she is a PhD student at Lund University and Malmö Theatre Academy with a research project on documentary theatre focusing on listening and caring practices. In 2020 during the corona lock down she created the art space HJEM in her own home. She invited artists and locals for a creative exchange in a warm and friendly environment. She has been teaching and consulting in various educations over the years e.g. teacher’s college, theatre academies and the university. She is a member of the teacher’s college at the MA in critical practices at Malmö Theatre Academy.

Magnus Ericson (curator, educator, head of IASPRIS) is a curator and educator working across design, architecture, urbanism, and art. He is currently Head of Applied Arts, IASPIS, leading the program related to design, crafts, architecture, spatial and urban practice. Between 2014 and 2018 he has developed and led a number of postgraduate courses on socially engaged critical practice at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Between 2009 and 2014, he was a Senior Advisor/Curator for the design related program at Arkdes, Sweden’s National Center for Architecture and Design, in Stockholm. Magnus Ericson has been curating the IASPIS project Urgent Pedagogies together with Pelin Tan.

Mats Eriksson Dunér (artist, filmmaker)​​ holds a Phil Lic in Free Art, from the Malmö Art Academy (2015). Among his previous films are “It was a time when everything was possible – All power to the imagination!” (2015), about the struggle for an alternative community centre in Stockholm at the end of the 1960’s, and “The Office, Skärholmen” (2013), about an alternative trailer park in contemporary Sweden. His archive book “Allaktivitetshuset Gamla Bro (1969–72)” was published in 2023 by OEI editor. Eriksson Dunér has been shown at Tempo Filmfestival (2020), Konsthall C (2021) and Lunds Konsthall (2022). His films is distributed by Filmform.    

Gylleboverket (platform for arts & permaculture/artists) is both an artist group and an interdisciplinary platform for contemporary arts, performance, film & permaculture and aims to facilitate diversity and complexity. It is situated at a former scrap yard in the countryside of Skåne, Sweden. Gyllebvoverket's platform is a working space, an exploratory site for transdisciplinary artistic practices and existential resilience, and a place with public events. They do their own productions as well as inviting other artists to the site. Gylleboverket is run by the artists Etta Säfve and Jona Elfdahl, who's  also the core of the artist group together with different collaborations. Their artistic practice originates in deep ecology, experimentation on a quest for surrendering into an ecological self and what that might be, as well as from “hands in the soil” practical work and artistic explorations. Trying to keep a criticality towards one’s own, and society’s, inherited thought patterns and established norms by following the traces we leave ecologically as well as our projected ideas of life. The artist group Gylleboverket works with social sculp-ture, site specific installations, rituals, text, film and performances. Their work has been shown at several institutions and platforms in Sweden and abroad. Alongside Gylleboverket they run “Boat in the forest- harbor for radical nomads”, a permaculture farm where they experiment with regenera-tive farming and are trying to understand how we can build existential resilience in relation to one-self, each other, the more than humans and earth.     

Maj Hasager (artist, head of department at Malmö Art Academy) is a Danish artist based in Copenhagen. She studied photography and fine art in Denmark, Sweden, and the UK. Her work deals with power structures, identity, memory, architecture, and the construction of history, looking at how these interlinked phenomena are interpreted and represented culturally and spatially. Her artistic approach is research based, dialogically and interdisciplinary, and she works predominantly with text, sound, video, and photography. Maj Hasager is the head of department at Malmö Art Academy.    

Karrabing (indigenous filmmakers of all generations) consists of over 50 members, all but one Indigenous stakeholders for the land, with ages from newborn to elder. The Karrabing Indigenous Corporation seeks to integrate their parents and grandparents ways of life into their contemporary struggles to educate their children, create economically sustainable cultural and environmental businesses, and support their homeland centres. Karrabing Indigenous Corporation’s success, we believe, comes from an openness to the actual rhythms of everyday life in the small rural community where most Karrabing reside. By encouraging our younger members to take artistic leads and refusing to abide by external production protocols, Karrabing have found that the interest of younger members in the lands from which the linguistic knowledge emerges has increased exponentially. The group already has about ten young members between the ages of 15-30 who are emerging as Karrabing leaders.  

Andreas Liebmann (performance artist, writer, researcher) is a Swiss performance artist, writer and researcher based in Copenhagen. Currently artistic driver of the site- and municipality-specific place “Tårnby Park Studio”, a place for artistic experimentation in close contact with the social context. There he creates festivals, cooperations with local and international artists, and a space to reflect on the entanglement of artistic activities with the society. With his cross-European performance collective GASTSTUBE°, he develops process-based platforms for shared learning and poetic workshopping. Teaching experience at ZHDK Zürich, Hochschule der Künster Berlin, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig, University Ada, Ohio, Rhytmical Conservatory Copenhagen a.o. Since 2015 he has been a teacher for idea-based and conceptual direction at DDSKS Copenhagen. There, he is also mentoring students for their BA-projects, performances and stage directions. His artistic research deals with questions of public space in connection with performance practices. His last performance "Don't pay your debts" that premiered at the "Managing discomfort"-Fesitval at  Husets Theatre / Toaster Copenha-gen  is a Bad Clown Think Tank Performance about Economy.     

Felicia Mulinari (lecturer, poet/playwright) is a lecturer at the Masterprogram in Performing Arts as Critical Practice. She is a poet and playwright living in Malmö. In her artistic practices, she explores exclusion, community and memory work in the context of exile, race and migration.     

Lisa Nyberg (artist, teacher, researcher) is an artist, teacher, organizer, and researcher based in Malmö, Sweden. Nyberg did her PhD in with the project "Pedagogies of the Unknown - studying for a future, without guarantees". As a post-doc at Umeå Academy of Fine Arts, Nyberg works on the research project “To Know and Be Known by (a) Place”. With an emphasis on site-specificity as an artistic research method and artistic practices that consider our relationship to site-place-land, she explores the meaning of rec-iprocity and reconnection in and beyond times of settler colonization. http://www.lisanyberg.net/    

Ditte Maria Bjerg is stagedirector, curator and senior lecturer at Malmö Theatre Academy. Ditte was educated at DDSKS ( Danish National School of Performing Arts) and has since been working as artistic director, curator, educator and cultural activist. In 2010 Ditte established Global Stories, a platform working with research based docufiction, using performative and interactional strategies. www.globalstories.net. 2014-17 Ditte was chair of the Stage Art Committee under the Danish Art Council. Ditte has been prefect at Malmö Theatre Academy 2018-24, where her main focus has been representation, internationalization and research. She initiated the new MA programme Performing Arts as critical practice and is currently a part time teacher at the programme.    

Gigi Argyropoulou (PhD, MA) is a theorist, curator, performance maker and practitioner working in the fields of performance and cultural practice. Gigi received the Routledge Prize for PSi 18 in 2012 and Dwight Conquergood Award for her work in 2017 and publishes regularly in journals, books and magazines. Gigi co-initiated, curated and organised public programmes, performances, festivals, conferences, actions, interventions, publications and exhibitions both inside and outside institutions and is is co-founder of EIGHT cultural institute for arts and politics ion Athens. Gigi is co-editor of the special issue of Performance Research Journal “On Institutions” (September, 2015) and was a member of the curatorial and editorial board of Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW)'s New Alphabet School (2019–2022) and co-curated the editions ‘On Instituting’ (Athens, 2021) and ‘Commonings’ (Berlin, 2022). Currently, Gigi is the editor of the upcoming publication: Instituting: Space-making, Refusal and Organising in Arts and Beyond (Archive, 2024) and Postdoc-toral Research Fellow at Malmo Theatre Academy, Lund University.
