Public observing event

The Division of Astrophysics invites members of the public to come by the observatory on a starry night and see how we use the telescopes to study the night sky.

There is limited space at this event so one must register in advance.  Also, since the telescopes can only be operated on cloudless nights we do not know until the day of the event if we can open the dome and observe.

If you are interested in attending you can register your interest via the webpage bellow.  Once you register your interest you will be contacted with further information.  Note that registration opens four days in advance of each event.

Note that since not all astronomers are fluent Swedish speakers the primary language at these events will be English.
