What is the EU Taxonomy?
The EU Taxonomy is a tool for defining sustainability and is the cornerstone of the 'EU Green Deal,' an ambitious initiative aimed at channelling financial resources into sustainable investments and achieving climate neutrality by 2050.
What are the disclosure obligations included in the EU Taxonomy?
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is set to redefine how companies operating their non-financial data in the EU report and will gradually replace the existing Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD), starting in 2024. The CSRD is poised to bring about a substantial shift, expanding the range of companies obligated to report their non-financial data.
